Cancellation Policy

Kocagoncu Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. aims to provide fair, transparent, and flexible terms regarding the cancellation of tours, travel packages, and private transfers booked via our website.

3.1. Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Insert Email Address]. Verbal cancellations are not officially recognized. The following refund schedule applies based on the written notice received prior to the scheduled service departure time:

·        More than [7 days] before departure: Full refund of the total booking fee, minus a [5%] administrative and payment gateway processing fee.

·        Between [7 days and 48 hours] before departure: A [50%] cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining [50%] will be refunded.

·        Less than [48 hours] before departure or No-Show: No refund will be issued (100% cancellation penalty applies).

Special Supplier Rules: Please note that third-party expenses explicitly marked as non-refundable during booking (such as domestic airline tickets, ferry passes, or specific luxury hotel deposits) are exempt from the refund scale above and are 100% non-refundable once issued.

3.2. Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled tour or service due to unforeseen operational issues, insufficient group participation (for shared tours), or Force Majeure conditions endangering guest safety. In such scenarios, guests will be offered:

·        An alternative tour date or equivalent replacement service, OR

·        A full 100% monetary refund of all amounts paid to us.

The Company is not responsible for any secondary or incidental expenses incurred by the guest as a result of a cancelled service (e.g., non-refundable international airfares, visa application fees, or travel insurance costs).

3.3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original credit card or bank account used during booking within [7 to 14 business days]. Processing times may vary depending on international banking networks and individual credit card provider policies.
