1. Long Distance Selling Contract

Article 1: Parties

1.2. Buyer Details

The individual or legal entity purchasing services via the website [Insert Website URL]. The contact details provided by the Buyer during the electronic reservation process shall be considered valid.

Article 2: Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is to determine the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and electronic delivery of the tourism, tour, or transfer services ordered by the Buyer via the Seller's website.

Article 3: Service Characteristics and Price

The basic characteristics, dates, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and the total price (including all applicable taxes) of the purchased tour or travel service are clearly displayed on the website during booking and summarized in the electronic confirmation voucher sent to the Buyer.

Article 4: Payment and Delivery

4.1. The Buyer agrees to pay the total contract price using the accepted payment methods on the website (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).

4.2. Following successful payment authorization, the official booking confirmation, electronic invoice, and travel vouchers will be delivered electronically to the Buyer's registered email address.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal & Exceptions

5.1. In standard distance contracts, consumers typically hold a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, pursuant to Article 15/g of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts relating to accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, catering, and leisure/recreational activities scheduled for a specific date or period are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

5.2. Consequently, any cancellation or alteration requests made by the Buyer will be governed strictly by the Seller's standard Cancellation Policy outlined in Section 3 of this document.

Article 6: Force Majeure

Circumstances that do not exist at the date of signing the contract, develop beyond the control of the Parties, and make it impossible for either or both Parties to partially or fully fulfill their obligations (such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, extreme weather, strikes, or official travel restrictions) shall be deemed Force Majeure. In such events, the Seller reserves the right to postpone or cancel the service.

Article 7: Dispute Resolution

In the resolution of any disputes arising from the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the jurisdiction of the Seller's headquarters (Antalya, Turkey) shall hold primary authority up to the monetary limits declared annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
